Covid 19

Regarding COVID-19, we are closely following BC Dental Association guidelines to ensure the safety of our patients and staff at all times.

  • Wearing a mask is mandatory at all times, prior to entering the building.

  • Please allow a 2-meter physical distance when walking, standing or seated.

  • If you or someone you are in close contact with have recently travelled outside of Canada or have been exposed to someone who was diagnosed with COVID-19, please contact our office and we will reschedule your appointment.

  • If you are ill or experiencing the following symptoms, please contact our office to reschedule your appointment; fever, dry cough, difficulty breathing or shortness of breath, chest pain or pressure, loss of taste or smell, sore throat, postnasal drip, aches and pains.

Please arrive at your scheduled time. Should you arrive earlier than scheduled, please call the office to see if the waiting room is clear. Before the beginning of your appointment, a series of health-related questions will be reviewed with you. You will be asked to apply hand sanitizer and one of our staff will take your temperature and oxygen saturation level.

Note: In regard to Hygiene appointments, to reduce aerosol generation we are ceasing the dental polishing service until further notice.
